Our Services
Our services vary to meet the needs of our clients’ needs, but also the project. These services include land acquisition, land entitlement (including PUD creation and/or annexation, city permitting and planning coordination), land management and master planning, project management and fee development. Coastland Group is poised to assist landowners, investors, and builders in identifying and acquiring land, feasibility analysis and best use, due diligence management, budget and schedule management, project coordination and development of infrastructure and finished lots.
The Team
Christopher Goodin
Christopher Goodin is a seasoned real estate developer and entrepreneur who has actively involved in northeast Florida over the last 10 years. As President of Coastland Group, Goodin manages all aspects of the real estate development process – from site acquisition to construction completion – for residential, multifamily, commercial, restaurant, and mixed-use projects. Prior to starting Coastland Group, Goodin managed all aspects of land for KB Home, giving him the unique perspective to understand land values from both an acquisitions and development standpoint. His proven ability to navigate and generate results in an increasingly complex real estate environment makes Coastland Group a preferred, trusted partner and consultant to local owner/operators and developers alike.
Nick Powell
Over the past 15 years, Nick Powell has worked in all facets of real estate, including construction, development, and finance. Prior to joining Coastland Group in 2021, Nick was the Director of Development for Geosam Capital as well as Dream Finders Homes (DFH), where he led the entitlement, permitting and development of over 10,000 single family and multifamily units along with a diverse portfolio of commercial mixed-use projects. Some of the most notable projects being Venetian Bay, Coastal Woods, and The Palms at Nocatee. Nick earned his Civil Engineering degree from Florida State University and is a board member of the Volusia Building Industry Association. In addition, he is a member and supporter in a variety of professional organizations including the Volusia County Association for Responsible Development, Northeast Florida Builders Association, and the Urban Land Institute. In his personal life, Nick enjoys golfing, bird hunting, boating with his wife Jen and coaching his two sons Brock and Tripp.
